When we started our housing search in Mill Valley, we were immediately told that if you wanted someone who knows the area, the local flavors, etc you need to work with Bernard. We could not have been happier! Bernard and Logan have been in Mill Valley for more than 20 years and know the ins-outs of this place like no other. They were always available by phone or email and accommodated our busy schedule with ease - often at a moment's notice. They would frequently give us a heads up when a new house would be coming on the market soon, would meet us at open houses, or show the place privately. They were never pushy and never made us feel pressured. In fact, they were probably more patient than we were. After finding the perfect place for us, they were there for us every step of the way - walking me through the process and making sure that I understood what each step was and how best to negotiate it. After working with another Realtor® for a while we started to get frustrated with the process of finding a home. We worked with Bernard and Logan to purchase a home in Marin County. We were moving from Los Angeles and didn't know the area at all. They first showed me many homes to help me discover the area and have a better idea of what was available. We couldn't purchase until we had sold in Los Angeles.
