Sounds a little dramatic. But it does appear that home owners have a sense of accomplishment, place, and security. In Marin County, it's also a been a fantastic investment for many portfolios. Prices here have never been inexpensive, but once you're in, you're in. Beautiful place to live, a solid tax write-off, with a historical record of healthy appreciation since 1965.
