Marin February Median Price $1,490,000, +16%

I'm one of those strange people who actually thinks statistics are relaxing. Probably comes from my background at Levi's. I especially like it when the numbers are getting better, so February results were fun. Everything is in the plus column! March just might be even better. There's certainly a good vibe in the air. The day California relaxed Covid restrictions, and restaurants were able to open up at 25% capacity, it was like the first day of vacation. The streets have been packed, and it just feels better. The Mill Valley Plaza is full. Dunphy Park in Sausalito has loads of people and dogs enjoying the view. Fairfax is buzzing. Enjoy!
